At Transparent, Samantha Harris takes a very different approach. We all have to make our target market aware of our businesses, however, there’s a subtle difference in my approach. I have strong enough relationships with my clients which ensures that they pick up the phone to me when they need me. If and when you find yourself in a situation whereby you would like to try the Transparent service, I will:
- Visit you on site to get a ‘feel’ for your business. During this meeting, I will LISTEN to your requirements in as much detail as you wish to provide. I will give you an overview of my business and we will conclude the meeting with agreed rates in place so that everyone is clear before committing to the process.
- I will then provide you with a short-list of candidates who match your requirements very closely – it may be that you will only receive 3 or 4 CVs from me; I believe in quality over quantity.
- All candidates will be made fully aware of the role and an outline of your business before being put forward. If you say that your maximum budget on salary is £X, that’s exactly what I will tell my candidates. No hidden surprises!
- You will receive their original CVs together with Transparent’s cover sheet – I do not ‘doctor’ CVs; I like to convey candidates’ individuality as much as possible.
- If your requirements change through the process (as can happen) I will adapt to these and move forward with a new short-list for you.
- I will keep you regularly updated throughout the process
- I offer advice on current market activity as well as salary guides.
- Lastly, I enjoy what I do! If you enjoy something, you do it well.
