What do you expect from a recruiter, and what do you actually get?
At Transparent, Samantha aims to completely support you through the process. I will:
- Consult with you as to your next career move – you know better than anyone what is going to be right for you
- Contact you with relevant and suitable vacancies
- LISTEN to you and your requirements
- Arrange relevant and suitable interviews for you – I know how precious your time is and how difficult it can be to secure the time off work, especially during month end
- Keep you updated throughout the process – if my client changes their criteria for whatever reason, I will pass that information on immediately rather than you having to chase me
- Give you feedback! How are you going to learn from the interview experience if I don’t have a strong enough relationship with my clients to get that for you?
- Advise on current market activity
None of the above is rocket science – it is basic common sense and courtesy. You are taking the time to share your CV with Transparent and to meet with my clients. The least I can do is to provide a professional and honest service.
